I've decided to do something new from here on out. This should make it a little easier to read the posts of the past week. Also, you'll find out what's up next at OHSucker. Normally, this new feature will be posted over a two day time span. Since we're just getting this started, both parts will be posted today.

I still need to buy a bike, any tips on that?

Welcome back! LOL Don't worry I have ya' covered. My training tips are more for beginners so we should be good there. If there's something that I miss don't be afraid to ask. We can always have a "part two". LOL
